📜 Terms of Service

• Digital products only. Everything sold on this site is digital: a Garry's Mod addon delivered as a download together with a license key. Nothing physical is shipped.
• One buyer, one Steam account. Each purchase gives one license key for the buyer's own use only. The key permanently locks to the first Steam account it is activated on — it cannot be moved, transferred or re-bound to another account.
• Prohibited: sharing or reselling the key or the files, distributing them for free, or uploading them to the Steam Workshop or anywhere else. Violations mean the license is revoked without notice and will not be re-activated.
• Activation needs an internet connection the first time; afterwards the license works from a local cache as designed.
• Your account: you are responsible for your account details and password. Orders placed with false information may not be deliverable.
• Prices can change at any time; a completed purchase keeps the price it was bought at. Promo codes follow their own announced terms.
• Changes: we may update, change or discontinue a product; licenses already bought stay valid.
• Use at your own setup: you install and use the addon in your own Garry's Mod installation. For conflicts with other addons/mods or game updates, contact support — we do our best to help, but we are not responsible for third-party software.

↩️ Refund Policy

Refunds are given only in these cases:

• You were charged twice for the same order — the duplicate payment is refunded.
• We took payment but cannot deliver the product at all — the full amount is refunded.
• You ask to cancel while the order is still pending (before delivery).

If you have trouble installing or running a product, contact support first — we guide you step by step. "Changed my mind", "bought by mistake" or "did not like it" are not refund reasons. Filing a payment chargeback/dispute will immediately revoke the related license.

By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy (it is also stated on the order page).

🔒 Privacy Policy

• What we collect: name, email, phone and address (for your account), order details, and — at license activation — your Steam ID and server IP. Only what is needed to process orders, deliver products, verify licenses and prevent fraud.
• How it is used: order processing, delivery, support and fraud prevention. Your information is never sold or rented. It is not shared with third parties except where the law requires it.
• Country detection (GeoIP) is used only to show the right language and currency; it does not store personal data about you.
• Cookies: only the essential ones for login sessions and your language choice.
• Your rights: to see, correct or delete your information, open a support ticket — we will verify and act on it. Order/license records may be kept for a period for legal and anti-fraud reasons.
• Security: passwords are stored hashed. Still, no system on the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.
